Time Fabric

Time Fabric stores Discord server IDs, user IDs, role IDs, channel IDs, codeword settings, clock-in and clock-out timestamps, total tracked time, time corrections, reset history, and dashboard configuration.
When you log in to the dashboard with Discord, Time Fabric uses your Discord identity and server list to decide which dashboards you may access.
Stored data is used to operate clock-in panels, show time overviews, maintain user history, add or remove clocked-in roles, run automatic resets, and send audit logs to configured Discord channels.
Time Fabric does not sell personal data and does not use stored clock-in data for advertising.
Data is stored in the configured Time Fabric database or local storage used by the bot host. Dashboard sessions are stored temporarily so logged-in users can access allowed servers.
Database credentials, Discord tokens, and OAuth secrets should be kept in environment variables and should not be shared publicly.
Server members can see their own time through Discord panel interactions. Authorized dashboard users can view and manage tracked times for servers where they have the required Discord permissions.
Configured Discord log channels may receive clock-in, clock-out, reset, and correction logs.
Server administrators can delete user time entries, reset codeword times, remove codewords, and disable logging through the dashboard.

Time Fabric uses Discord OAuth for dashboard login and checks Discord permissions before showing manageable servers.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so administrators should use strong hosting credentials, protect bot tokens, and keep role permissions limited to what is needed.
